How to get all tweets with any geo-referencing?

People, already read dev.twitter did not find it. The task seems to be simple, how to get all tweets with any coordinates (the main thing is that they are coordinates in each message), of a certain user.

Something like get ?user=username&location=any

Maybe there are Twitter-api experts.
