The twitter search engine doesn't return my tweets until a certain date. Why?

I dug up the entire Internet and all the Tvitovskaya "help" everything that they write there about insulting, violating legal. aspects and so on. all canoe, because then you freeze the record. The limit on 3.2k tweets, as far as I know, is dust. btw I only have 2.5k. Regarding the date, the limit is not so ancient - the end of June 2019.
