How to get album art by song title?

Hello!
I am making an application that plays online radio. I have the name of the song, for example, "Queen - Radio Gaga".
Question - how to get a picture (cover) of an album, having such a name? (artwork, album art)
googled this topic, found that the Last.fm API allows this, but it seems like you can’t use it in your public projects.
I also found echonest.com, but there, by the name of the artist, he just gives the pictures found (not the album).
I see that many radio apps have solved this problem on iOS and Android. Can someone suggest how to implement this? Preferably free (since my application is made without commercial benefit).

Everything turned out to be simpler, there is an iTunes API for this

number with reference to artwork.

Unfortunately, the iTunes API cannot be used for entertainment purposes. Can only be used to advertise content in Apple online stores. The question remains open, I will be grateful for practical advice.
