How to get access to the equipment located inside the VPN network from the Internet?

I organized a VPN tunnel between the house and the garage using two Zyxel routers. Internet at home with a fixed IP, in the garage via a USB modem. Home network - 192.168.1.0, garage - 192.168.2.0, VPN tunnel - 172.25.6.0. An IP camera with a fixed IP 192.168.2.100 on port 81 is installed in the garage (there is no cloud service in it). There is access to the camera from the home network. How to get access to it from the outside?
I tried to set up forwarding port 81 on the home router to the address 192.168.2.100, but there was no access.

The trouble with these zuhels. The point is that you need to cut access for vpn clients to the Internet. On the zukhel that acts as a vpn server

I also tried to forward the port to 172.25.6.31 from the VPN server, and then on the VPN client I already forwarded the connection from PPPTP to 192.168.2.100. It did not give a result, access to did not appear.
