OpenVPN how to set push routes for only part of clients?

I can not fully figure out the openvpn setup.
The bottom line is that many different devices are connected to my server: a home and work machine, a phone, a tablet.
For some clients (such as a phone, tablet), I want to set traffic routing through VPN, and for home and work machines, leave everything as it is.
I can't figure out how to make the config.
For each device, I have created my own certificate and settings in ccd/.

just for the desired client in the ccd / client file, add the route announcement,
do not forget to add the line in the server config file:
client-config-dir ccd
