How to get access to Mikrotik if the firewall blocks all incoming?

Colleagues, good afternoon!
There is a device MIKROTIK RB2011UIAS-2HND-IN working. One trouble: in the firewall settings, they accidentally hung a rule that forbids all incoming traffic, because of which it is impossible to connect to the device even via Winbox.
Is it possible to get to the settings by the type of some console cable?
