How to get a short link to a Russian Wikipedia page?

Quite often you need to link to a Wikipedia article. The link in the browser looks tempting - short and clear.
I would like to copy it and use it so that it is immediately clear by the type of link where it leads.

The link to the English article looks great: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stepper_motor
But the link to the Russian one looks terrible: https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%A8%D0%B0%D0% B3%D...

How do I get a short link to a Russian Wikipedia article?

No way. Russian letters will be encoded in punycode.
You can only use external shorteners, like https://rb.gy/ou4tvs
Or you can make links like this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stepper motor links - when you hover over them with the mouse, the browser shows the decoded normal meaning

There is a "native" link shortener: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:UrlShortener
