How to get a set of point coordinates from a vector editor?

We need a vector editor that could represent a picture in the form of combined sets of coordinates, in mathematical form, that is, without using a special language (svg).
Point coordinates are needed for processing in a mathematical program.
To put it simply, we need a convenient way to quickly draw a picture and translate it into a set of coordinates.

SVG is an easy to parse format, just convert all objects to path before saving.

There is another option to use macros, which are supported by many editors. But, I think that dealing with the document object model and the macro language is somewhat longer than with some text format like svg.
