How to get a random point on the map in Google Maps, but without taking into account the oceans, seas and other bodies of water?

The question is - is it possible using google maps api to get a random point on the world map (latitude-longitude), but without taking into account water surfaces - oceans, seas, lakes, ideally rivers.
If such a possibility?
