How to get a random address on a map?

Upon request, you need to get a real address in the selected country, and possibly in the region.
Approximate type of address Address (street, house number). For example: Manezhnaya st., 9, Moscow, Russia, 119019
I looked at the google geocoding API, but no good ideas came to mind. Perhaps there are sites from where you can parse ready-made information?
