How to get a public key to access a folder in yandex disk?

How can I get a public key to access the Yandex disk folder.
The yadisk library has a publish method that makes the folder public but does not provide a link to it.
How can I get it or the public key. It's kind of the same thing, if I understand correctly.
The documentation says everywhere that the public key must be specified for various methods, but there is not a single word about how to get it.
