How to get a post from a vk wall?

At https://vk.com/dev/Post you can get the widget code that you can insert on your page
But there is no way to do it manually and you need to dynamically pick up the last n-posts
In the widget code, 3 variables change: community id, post id and generated (probably by the server) hash
by what algorithm and on the basis of what data does this hash appear (read do it yourself)?
