How to get a list of projects and their IDs through a private GitLab token?

I am making a request like this

exec('curl "https://gitlab.com/api/v4/projects?private_token=[PRIVATE_TOKEN]"')

but for some reason I get a ton of left projects, but not mine, maybe mine is somewhere among them.

For what reason is this happening and how can I find out information only about myself?
