How to get a list of outgoing friend requests from a user?

Hello!
Problem:
I am looking for a second day api in the facebook documentation, which would allow me to get a list of people from this page:
https://www.facebook.com/friends/requests/?outgoing=1
Task:
I authorize the user via oAuth and want to check who he added to friends (to whom it is subscribed).
Or at least get a list of his friends. But I couldn't find any api for that. There is api me/friends which returns empty, and the specified access rights for the application are invalid if they are requested during authorization.
Save how to solve the problem?

Facebook doesn't have that option.
