How to get a list of installed plugins for Sublime Text?

each time you reinstall the sublime, you have to manually reload all the plugins, remember which ones I had installed. is there any way to get a list of installed plugins?

Do you reinstall frequently?
Synchronize the sublime settings folder to some cloud. (Snippets, plugins, settings, plugin settings...)
