How to get a list of contacts from Yandex mail?

There is mail on Yandex. It contains several tens of thousands of letters.
You need to get a list of E-mail addresses from this mail. How can I do that? Maybe through a mail client?

Click the gear in the top right corner.
A float will pop up.
Click Contacts on the popup.
The page will open.
Click Save Contacts to File
Another popup pops up.
There's a bunch of options out there.
