How to get a link to an element in Bitrix when exporting an infoblock?

I need to get an infoblock table, where all the properties will be and a cell where there will be a link to the element. You can export an infoblock, but there are inconvenient property names and you can’t add a link to the elements. Or you can display it in the list of elements in excel directly from the catalog. It looks a lot nicer there, but you can't add a link either.

Can you tell me the best/easiest way to do it? Customize the export or can you just create an additional property for the elements and automatically fill in the link there?
