How to get a job as a web programmer for a disabled person?

I'm disabled. I know php (good) and javascript (not so much). Is it possible with such knowledge to get a part-time job in a decent company?

Work remotely (it is also possible under a contract) and not tell anyone that you are disabled, that's all))

In programming the main fingers, eyes and brain. If all this works, then go ahead and with the song.
As for getting a job, you need to look at disability, if you do not have a labor group, then you will not be officially hired, because. you will lose your pension, but they will not take it off.
You can also work remotely.

It depends on the type of disability, but it seems to me that there will be no problems.

What is the actual difference between a disabled programmer and a non-disabled programmer?

From myself I can add that here it no longer depends on the company, but on you.
