How to get a full chat recording of a youtube broadcast?

There was a need to get a full recording of the YouTube chat from the broadcast. How can this be done? As I understand it, youtube uses a get-request of the following format to load messages:

But when it is executed, it gives only a part of the messages (~ 50), but I would like everything.
