How to get a DUNS number of a company registered in the UK?

The client's company is registered in Scotland. The apple store requires a DUNS number. I climbed the sites, our registration DUNS numbers for the USA and the CIS. For European countries, it is only possible to view the number itself by asking for a company report.
There was an attempt to request reports, but when switching to a purchase on different sites, an error was always generated.
Where can I get a DUNS number for a company registered in the UK, if it already exists, how can I view it?
