How to get a domain out of the PS filter?
Hello Dear!
The fact is that I decided to purchase a domain under the filter from both Yandex and Google. The question is obvious - how to get the domain out of the filter.
The main advice given in such situations is to write to the support that the domain has a new owner, but in some topics they say that it is useless to write to Google support, and in Yandex you should expect an intelligible answer only to the 4th-5th call.
The reasons for falling under the filter are unknown to me, Yandex Platons do not answer this question for me, I have already applied three times.
So about the most common advice - "change the domain": I don't want to change the domain, it's important. I'm ready to spend time - a year, two, three, and I'm ready to spend money, I need this domain. I hope this thread will not be such advice.
Dear, help with advice, what steps need to be taken, what should be paid attention to. I would be very grateful for any adequate advice.
Thank you.

Do you know what was on the domain before? What site will you have - the same or different?
Who told you that there is a filter on the site? Okay, let's say there is a filter from Yandex, but in Google the filters are displayed in the webmaster in the "manual measures" section and they can be removed there (just press a button like, "I fixed it." It worked for me.
In general, there is an option when the domain leaves itself over time after the new site is launched. You need to work closely with the content of the new site (increase the time spent on the site and audience satisfaction). There is an option when you do not write to Yandex that the site is under the filter, but launch a new site, then write to Yandex that the site is bad ranked, they look - the filter, but the site is different.
There are aggressive filter removal techniques. For example, an attempt to play out behavioral factors in such a way as to create the illusion that this particular site is being actively searched for. Someone is fond of social signals and, in general, there is a point. the share of non-search traffic increases.
In short, everything depends on the type of site - commercial, informational.
The passive output mode that I use - I put on this domain one page with text on the subject of the future site (unique, 300-500 characters), I add the resulting site to Webmaster under a verified account, I throw the text into the "original texts", I put the code on the page Metrics, I create a robots.txt and sitemap.xml file and add it to the webmaster. You can add one link from a site with TIC more than 10. If there is also a filter in Google, the same actions, but with GCV more.
Voila. Profit. The average time to get out of the filter is 2-3 months, depending on many factors.
