How to get rid of Georgian text in Google?

Good afternoon.
My father went to Georgia with a laptop. Google understood this, and for some reason began to show the entire UI in Georgian:

Father returned home, but Google, for some reason, does not want to understand that at least here you need to turn off Georgian.
Where is the setting to return the original English?
PS Googled long and hard, but could not find a query, so to no avail.
