Good day to all! There are a number of domains that have been blocked by the RKN, at the provider level. To withdraw from the block on one of them, he made a completely different site, without content prohibited in the Russian Federation, and filed an appeal. As a result, almost a month later I received a reply, saying that at the moment it is not possible to verify the accuracy of whether the prohibited information was removed from the resource. So people, if someone faced a similar problem and removed domains from under the block, please share your valuable experience.

This time I sent an appeal not to the place of residence, but to the central office. A month of waiting and voila, the domain is back to work
PS In the letter I attached a screen of the site itself and a screen from the domain registrar panel in order to prove that the domain belongs to me
