Or there is a great sxd script, it doesn't work as a plugin, it's just in the root! Can be configured to do everything on autopilot on schedule

The question is not correct. How would you like to receive it? You can use phpmyadmin, some program like heidiSQL, the mysqldump command, collect the database structure, tables and their contents using sql queries, etc.
