How to get a custom selection from Yandex Metrica?

Hello. I have the following task.
Advertising banners are displayed on the site pages. Each banner has its own ID. I need to pass information about the number of views of these banners to the metric.

As a result, I would like to have a method in which I will pass a time interval, banner id, and receive in response the number of views.

Is it possible to implement such a mechanism using the Yandex Metrics API?
