How to geocode a request in the Yandex Maps API and get the name of the region in the country?

Looking for the city of Moscow -> returns the city, country and name of the administrative district in this case = 'Central Federal District'.
How can I get an area?
The API has a section for working with regions, but this is not at all the same because I need to geocode the request!

Moscow does not have a region, it is a city of federal subordination.
For Kirov (or any other city except Moscow and St. Petersburg), for example, the area is given - https://geocode-maps.yandex.ru/1.x/?format=json&ge...
