How to generate random urls for wordpress files?

I'm going to distribute protected content (files) through the standard functionality of wordpress. By default, all files are uploaded to the upload folder by year and month, for example site/upload/2015/12/filename.zip. File names should be meaningful, such as template-1.2.zip. Therefore, the download link should be something like this: site/upload/3sdfsl2313ls/template-1.2.zip.
How to do it?
