How to generate password hash for tor?

Goodnight. Can you please tell me how to generate a password on Windows for Tor? Found in Google several commands for powerShell but all without success.

I installed an expert torus, a regular torus. Launched, tried to turn off, without results.

tor --hash-password MySuperPassword

First cd, then start with parameters.
