How to generate a reporting table in dbms?

How to generate a reporting table in dbms? To first have the headers (header) of the query columns (there is no table as such, the data is from DUAL ), and then the data? well, all this is separated by dashes, such as a column. I searched on the Internet, there is so much code everywhere, I would have an easier implementation if possible.
