How to generate a raster from a print layout in Ingeo?

Ingeo's Print Layout interface has a wonderful "Create Bitmap" function that generates a raster from the ENTIRE print layout including all the Figures on it.
How can I simulate this function programmatically?
On the form, people write that it is possible to generate an image to create a bunch of IIngeoPaintner painters . But I have a lot of elements on the layout.
Is there an easier way, if not, then does anyone have an example of drawing a print layout with painters?
