How to generate a random page from Wiki?

I want to make a script for myself to remind me to read 1 page a day. How can I generate a random page and take content from there, for reading, and preferably so that they do not repeat?
Or, how can I check if I have already read this page or not.

Follow it, remember where you went. If you've already read this, go again.
