Hello. Those who have ever been on any large pron tube know that when you hover over an image from a video, a small video is loaded, in which parts of the video are shown in cuts. EXAMPLE (18+)
I also have a similar site and I also want to generate a small mp4 file for each video. Question: what is needed for this, by what means is this solved?
PS Full process automation is required. I throw the right video to the program / script and get the finished result.

use ffmpeg. Cut a piece and convert it to gif.
