How to gain experience in the correct construction of Js applications?
Good day to all. There is the following situation: I have been working for a year in one grocery office as a front-end developer. The tasks are different, from fixing bugs to finalizing the functionality and very rarely developing new solutions. The whole thing is written in Angular first. Due to the fact that there are no senior and experienced comrades (there are 4 more people of my level in the office and one is a little stronger), there is a feeling that the quality of the code is most likely at a bad level and there is no one to poke their nose into it and suggest how best to do it. The question is, is it possible to reach good code quality and build solutions in general without "experienced middle-signers of senior comrades"? How ? If not, where can I find a "mentor" for this case? Thanks everyone for the replies.

IMHO, the best option is to get into a strong and experienced team. Preferably with mandatory code review .
My advice to you, run quickly from the first angular and pull up the modern technology stack if you have fallen out of time.
I agree with the friend above. Here, either try to write something of your own, more complex (for example, for yourself, or having gathered with colleagues after hours - read a mini startup), or go where the developers are more experienced.
Especially if there are constant improvements and nothing new - it morally kills the whole incentive to develop - I know for myself (
Look for an open source project with good architecture, figure it out and try to contribute to it
