Just try to find a vacancy that you are most likely to handle, get acquainted with the technologies used - with the same react, for example, and go for an interview.
You can look for all sorts of internships for front-end developers - often all sorts of big companies arrange internships / bootcamps / developer schools a couple of times a year.
Nobody has come up with anything new in terms of finding a first job.

A full-fledged front-end development is not only layout. You need to show that you know at least something for the position of a junior, no matter how better your code can do it. Hence the question of what needs to be done, what projects? You can come up with your own idea and make it from scratch, or you can go the other way, take ready-made ones, for example, the same Instagram and take and implement separate modules from it, for example, a feed and a profile. Doesn't have to be exactly. Then prepare this portfolio in the Gita and show it at the social services.
