How to fundraise safely?

There is an idea similar to the kickstarter model, anyone can invest, and where there is money, there is more attention for hacks. Maybe there is some simple way to replenish / invest? Those. money will be accumulated somewhere with a comment on which project, through the API we will find out who invested where. Or can it be done in some other way? I would like not to worry about hacking user funds on their servers
