How to FULLY and from everything hide your ip on a PC?

Hello! It is necessary to hide the real ip from all programs on the computer.

That is, I can’t understand this: if I use a vpn or proxy server as a program on a PC, will my ip be different ONLY on the network or for programs installed on the PC too?

It is necessary to hide ip completely from all programs and on the network too.

If the question is stupid, then I'm sorry) I'm looking on the Internet, I can't understand if there are differences between these "concepts".

Thanks in advance

Only configure a separate PHYSICAL router/firewall (or a proxy server on it, closing all outgoing connections outside the proxy) to connect router client devices (computers, mobile phones, tablets, etc.) through an established tunneled connection with access to another ENCAPSULATED network.
That is, there must be a "pipe" on the router, which cannot be passed by client devices to determine and further transfer the real (provider's) IP address to the network.
And, of course, that the service will know it (where the router connects to create a "pipe"), which provides an encapsulation channel for accessing the public network on its behalf.
Otherwise, there is no way to do it reliably: the software on the PC will sooner or later "merge" your real IP-shnik.
