How to forward traffic from certain requests to a network interface?

Router with OpenWRT, there is a vpn connection with tun0 interface. How to redirect requests to certain sites through tun0 ?

In mykortik, this is done by marking traffic and directing it to the desired gateway\interface
in openwrt, apparently this is done by iptables prerouting (if there is no traffic marking in the web interface)
