How to forward the route?

Good afternoon! And so the essence of the question: There is an office with a gray IP, there is a house with a white IP, I want to reach the office network from home, there is a microtic at work. What I did: Raised the OpenVPN server at home, the client is on Mikrotik, everything is OK, but there was a problem with the routes, at the moment the picture is this:
Home: 10.1.1.0
Office: 192.168.1.0
OpenVPN: 10.1.200.0
In the OpenVPN server config, I registered the route 10.1. 1.0 255.255.255.0 Mikrotik registered it at home, when connected
On a home PC, registered the route 192.168.1.0 10.1.200.2 (Mikrotik IP from the OpenVPN network) ...
As a result, Mikrotik does not see my network, I do not see the office network, actually am i doing it wrong?
