How to forward ports on a windows 7 xbox laptop?

I have a laptop on windows 7, connected to the Internet via a cable, I distribute wi fi on it (without programs, just through a local network computer-to-computer) I connect xbox 360 freeboot to this network ... update for xbox (immediately with xbox) I can download and when I try to turn on the program on it to play online, the program writes that the ports are closed, what should I do and should I forward the ports at all?
Z.Y. I have been looking for an answer to this question for a month now - there is nothing anywhere, I hope everything will be explained here. And please can you explain in detail, I'm not good at it.

Why not buy some kind of WiFi router, or just a WiFi hotspot?
IMHO distribute through the computer - a perversion.
PS. Try disabling farwall on your laptop.
