How to forward existing messages to another email?

Mail server

While setting up the server, the root mail was [email protected] (conditionally)
now everything is set up and new mail is automatically redirected to another mailbox (as needed),
but there are 3 letters with an attachment left in the console - there’s no way to look at them - hence the question - how to transfer them from the console to external address? I repeat - everything is in the console, POP and IMAP are not (and will not be)
