How to forward a webcam via RDP?

Good day!
I want to connect the usb webcam of the client computer to the server via RDP. Computers in the local network. The client is running Windows 7. Allowed Redirectpostdevices in the connection settings. Allowed P&P devices in group policy, remoteFX.
The server sees flash drives and hard drives that are in the client, but does not perceive the webcam.
I found a good program: USB for remote desktop from fabulatech, everything works fine, all devices are visible, BUT, the license is expensive.
Maybe somehow it is possible to carry out the forwarding of the camera by regular means? And which OSes support it?

@Spetros

Regular means in any way, maximum microphone (if the camera has a microphone).
