How to forward a port in MS Azure?

On the recommendation of the wizard to create a virtual machine, I made a kind of "Resource" virtual machine, and not "Classic". However, there were difficulties with port forwarding - if there is a guide for Classic virtual machines , then I did not find anything for Resource (and I climbed the entire panel - there is nothing similar either).
Actually, what to do?

Resource VMs do not have VIP addresses, they look out through Public IP.
