What is the cause of the prevhost system error code 170 error?

The message began to appear:
Prevhost System Error. Code: 170. The required resource is busy.
What could be the reason and how to fix it?
As I understand it, the service is trying to access something but cannot. It's just not clear why.

Addition (probably a solution): prevhost was launched when "Show preview area" was enabled in the explorer. I can assume that if it is impossible to access the file that needs to be displayed, this error is generated.
