How to forward a Mikrotik port?

Hello, the problem is that it is not possible to make forwarding:

/ip firewall nat add action=dst-nat chain=dstnat dst-address="мой серый IP" dst-port=2456 \
in-interface=ether1 protocol=tcp to-addresses="мой локальный адрес машины"

I check if the port is open by the 2ip.ru site.

At the same time, I created a separate rule for this port in the Rules, dragged it to the very top, cut down other rules, did not specify my gray IP, nothing helped, I can’t figure out why it doesn’t work, please tell me what problem.

UPD

I took a white IP, actually did the same, it did not help ..

UPD 1.0

Thank you very much for the solution and participation in the problem to Alexander Karabanov !

It turned out that in order to check the port, you need someone to listen to it, which I safely forgot about, and since no service was working on it at the time of the check, the port was closed ...
Thanks to everyone for participating, maybe someone use this post)

@DouJeron

If you have a gray external IP, then forwarding will not work. Gray addresses are not accessible from the global network and are located behind the ISP's NAT.

@Drno

The rule is correct. Apparently the point is that you need a "white" ip
