How to configure L2TP/IPsec over PPPoE on Mikrotik?

There is a DOMRU provider that provides Internet, VPN with L2TP / ipsec protocol and Mikrotik rb952ui-5ac2nd with RouterOS 6.42.1
I tried to configure by analogy PPTP over PPPoE, there is Internet, I define it as Germany Frankfurt, but the VPN itself does not work, everything that was blocked like this and left. What can I be doing wrong?

You have a default route through domra registered, and vpn is only for marked traffic. Either add to the ip - firewall - mangle marking traffic from the local network, or a static route to the vpn server through domra and default through vpn

There is a mangle on mark routing on Src. Address 192.168.88.10-192.168.88.254 and mark the VPN route 0.0.0.0 with it as in the screenshot, and also tried a static route through the VPN itself, all the same, although I didn’t see something again.
