How to format large questions on the Toaster?

At the very least, I understand openGL, but there are gaps in understanding in a few very practical places. The places are not noobish, they concern the use of openGL for rendering game scenes with many instances of models, materials with functional transparency (such as distorted glass effects, haze, etc.) and many light sources (deferred pipeline). Something tells me that many people who try to make their engine on openGL have similar gaps and Google doesn’t really help them (it didn’t help me, anyway).
I now arrange questions in a more digestible form - draw pictures, write out topics of interest. It turns out almost an article about openGL with an emphasis on gaps in the understanding of "how to make such a thing." Hence the question to respected toasters and toasters - how best to arrange such a large issue? A large sheet or break it into pieces and ask separate questions? Or ask a general question with toplines of topics of interest, and then create related questions? Or is it better to ask a question on some thematic forum, and not here?
PS: The questions of interest are formulated here and in the discussion they are revealed a little further.
PPS: I'm not sure if the openGL tag is in the topic - but I hung it.
