How can you contact a Toaster user with only his pseudonym? Maybe I'm missing something and here, on the Toaster, is there an internal mail? If not, does the title account on Habrahabr belong to the same person? If I write a letter to the internal mail there, will it come to a real e-mail?

Toaster is not a forum and is not intended for correspondence or discussion. There is no internal mail. The account name is identical to the account name on Habré. But the user could refuse notifications or lose access to mail.
