How to formalize the employment of a citizen of the Russian Federation in a foreign company?
More specifically, I am interested in the option of remote work: that is, to live in Russia, work permanently in a foreign company, receive a monthly salary from it.
How to properly formalize such relationships (an employment contract or only through an individual entrepreneur / LLC)?
How to pay taxes (and how much)?
Interested in the simplest option from a bureaucratic point of view and the "cheapest" in terms of taxes \ social. payout option. (About the option "just go black" - everything is clear :) )

Register as an individual entrepreneur and enter into a contract with the company. Regarding taxes - accounting Kontur or Moёdelo, as easy as shelling pears. I worked remotely for 4 years. IP on USN. Most likely, none of the European firms will work "black" with you.
