How to form such a structure for outputting information from the infoblock?

There is a page where sections of the infoblock should be displayed, in this form:

I managed to display it through the catalog.section.list component, I made two templates, for the first section and for the second section.
Further, when clicking on a section, a page with a list of elements of this section should open, and one element of this section should be opened on the right at once:

Is it possible to implement this with Bitrix components?
If yes, then tell me at least approximately how, I got confused in these urls, I don’t understand how, when clicking on a section, display its elements.
