This makes no sense. as I understand it, all devices are turned off for you, incl. and hard, and usb, and network card. I don’t know what it’s called in Windows - you can set up standby mode and prevent the device from turning off through which you have a PPTP connection, so you. for example, they were able to leave and the torrents worked - in the Device Manager
